If you create an Account with your Google Account, we require some basic information at the time of Account creation. The PMC Estimator extension requires access to your Google Sheets to function. We do not store any data from your Google Sheets or Google Drive on our servers. The extension saves Sheet metadata (Spreadsheet ID, Sheet Name/ID, and Column ID) to your browser’s storage to function. We do not have access to this data. The minimum data required for the extension to function is stored in your browser’s storage and is not shared with us.

We don’t share any personally identifying information or Google user data publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

PMC Estimator accesses Google user data only when a user explicitly authorizes it as part of the functionality of our extension. Our application uses this data to:

  • Identify the correct Google Sheets documents to operate upon, based on the user permissions granted.
  • Enhance user experience by remembering user settings and preferences related to Google Sheets documents.

The specific types of data accessed include Spreadsheet IDs, Sheet names/IDs, and Column IDs, which are necessary to perform the operations that PMC Estimator is designed to carry out.

Data Storage

PMC Estimator retains Google user data only for the duration necessary to fulfill the services provided.

  • Local Storage: All accessed data is stored locally within the user’s browser through the PMC Estimator extension and not transmitted to external servers, with the exception of data related to users subscribed to our Pro Plan.

Upon removal of our extension, all locally stored data is automatically deleted from the user’s device.

  • User-Requested Deletion: Users can request deletion of their account information and associated data at any time by contacting contact@iCareNOW.io, which will result in the removal of their personal information from our servers.
  • Revoking Permissions: Users can revoke PMC Estimator’ access to their Google data at any time through their Google Account settings by visiting Google Account Connections.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Information through our Website.
