What is ProjectCare Insight?

A Google Sheets add-on from iCareNOW. It turns optimistic, most likely, and pessimistic numbers into a planning range, a probability distribution, and a visual risk picture you can work with on the sheet you already open.

Does it guarantee dates?

No. It is a planning aid. It produces probabilistic estimates for planning purposes and does not guarantee project outcomes. You still decide.

Are my estimates kept?

Task estimates are used to produce your results and are not stored after those results return. Sheet IDs and related column metadata stay in your browser so the add-on can remember which tab you were on. See Privacy, data handling, and API keys and the Privacy Policy.

How do I install?

Open the Google Workspace Marketplace listing, install with the Google account that can edit your sheet, then open the workbook and choose Extensions ProjectCare Insight. Walkthrough: Install from Google Workspace Marketplace.

How do I uninstall or revoke access?

Uninstall from the Marketplace listing or from Extensions inside Sheets. Revoke access in Google Account Connections. More: Authorize Google access.

Is Ask AI required?

No. Core runs, Lab results, and recommendations work without it. Ask AI is opt-in and uses your own OpenAI API key.

What does Ask AI send?

When you press Send, your message, that session’s chat history, and derived context from your last run go to OpenAI. Raw sheet cells and personally identifying information are not sent. Full list: Privacy Policy · summary: Ask AI.

What does it cost?
