ProjectCare Insight is a Google Sheets add-on from iCareNOW. You install it from the Marketplace, open it on the workbook you already use, and load three-point estimates from the tab in front of you.

Choose the account
Use the Google account that owns or can edit the sheet.
Read the permission screen

Open it in Sheets
Extensions → ProjectCare Insight. Launch the add-on on the workbook in front of you.
Load the three numbers
Optimistic / most likely / pessimistic — from the sheet, or typed. Then look at the picture.
The add-on has to read the estimates you point at.
Google will tell you that ProjectCare Insight can see, edit, create, and delete Google Sheets spreadsheets. That is a standard Marketplace permission for an add-on that reads selected estimates and, when you choose, writes results back into the workbook.
We ask for it in order to read the task estimates you explicitly point at, remember which spreadsheet, tab, and columns you were using (saved in your browser — not as a copy of the sheet on our servers), write results back when you choose to, and draw the add-on sidebar inside Sheets.
We do not treat that permission as a license to go looking through Drive. Insight is not a search product. It works on the spreadsheet you have open and the ranges you select.
- See, edit, create, and delete all your Google Sheets spreadsheets

Used only to calculate
Task estimates are used solely to perform probability calculations. They are processed temporarily and are not stored beyond the time required to generate results.
HTTPS, then gone
Task estimates are sent securely over HTTPS to iCareNOW’s calculation service for ProjectCare Insight to generate your results, and are not stored after your results are returned.
No selling data
iCareNOW does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.
Limited Use
ProjectCare Insight’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sheets stay in Sheets
Sheet content is not stored on our servers. The add-on saves only spreadsheet ID, sheet name/ID, and column ID in your browser so it can function.
You can leave cleanly
Uninstalling deletes that local browser storage. You can request deletion via support@icarenow.io, and you can revoke access in Google Account Connections.
Uninstall, revoke, tester opt-out.

- Revoke access in Google Account Connections.
- Invited testers: keep /projectcare-insight/testing-opt-out/ live. Email support@icarenow.io with the subject “Opt out of testing.”
